As we age or experience life events such as childbirth, weight gain or weight loss, the labia majora can suffer changes too. The Vampire WingLift takes advantage of the same regenerative healing factors as the Vampire FaceLift to add volume and restore color to the labia. The look is natural and youthful. The goal is a renewed confidence in your intimate appearance.

The Vampire WingLift offers a nonsurgical, minimally invasive option for improving the look and feel of the skin and soft tissue of the labia, as well as increasing sensation in the outer vulva area. This tissue-building response is the result of Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) and hyaluronic acid fillers.

What is the Vampire WingLift?

The Vampire WingLift is a nonsurgical, skin-repairing and contouring procedure that combines the rejuvenating power of dermal fillers and Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) to yield a more youthful appearance to the labia majora. Cosmetic fillers are highly effective at replenishing the depleted hyaluronic acid in the skin to restore volume loss. PRP is a strong skin repairing factor that’s found in our own blood to heal the skin and increase collagen and elastin production.

What are PRP injections used for?

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) treatments have been used to treat everything from arthritis to nerve injuries to tendonitis. Introduced into the world in 1970, PRP became regularly used in medical treatments in the late 1980s. PRP in sports medicine as well as the world of orthopedics is common. Many professional athletes have been fans of this injury-healing treatment including Kobe Bryant, Tiger Woods and Maria Sharapova.

When was PRP Therapy first used for vaginal rejuvenation?

In 2011, Dr. Charles Runels, MD, registered and trademarked the Vampire Facial procedure, introducing PRP to the world of cosmetics. When platelet-rich plasma is microneedled into the face (i.e., the Vampire Facial), stem cells multiply and grow younger tissue, rejuvenating the skin of the face. After having much success with the Vampire Facial, Dr. Runels pioneered the O-Shot (aka Orgasm Shot), inserting PRP into the clitoris and the vagina wall. Since then, he has introduced other PRP therapies, including the Vampire Breast Lift, Vampire Hair Therapy, the Vampire WingLift and the Priapus Shot (P-Shot) for men. Click for Charles Runels’ biography.

What happens during the Vampire WingLift procedure?

The procedure is actually quite simple. It takes about 30 minutes, the bulk of time being preparation before the procedure.  First, the doctor applies numbing medication.  Then there will be a blood draw from your arm. The platelet rich plasma is extracted from the blood using an FDA-cleared PRP centrifuge machine to separate the richest growth factors. It is then combined in a syringe with a hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal filler, such as Juvederm or Restylane.  Using a tiny, super-fine needle, the newly activated PRP/dermal filler solution is injected into the labia majora at locations that Dr. Speller determines will yield maximum results. Most women describe only a slight pinching feeling, but consider the procedure to be relatively pain-free.

What results can I expect from a Vampire WingLift? What’s the difference before and after?

You will see noticeable results following treatment, including an immediate plumping of the labia majora, increased color in the area, as well as smoother and more youthful skin. Collagen and elastin growth and skin renewal will continue over the next few months and your skin will continue to transform. If more volume is desired, you can treat with additional dermal filler within 10 days (at an additional price). Maintenance may be needed, depending on your desired treatment outcomes and goals.

Does the Vampire WingLift improve sex?

The Vampire WingLift does increase sensation in the outer vulva area. If sexual dysfunction or vaginal atrophy is an issue, it’s great to pair the Vampire WingLift with the Orgasm Shot (O-Shot), another PRP therapy designed for the vagina and clitoris. Additional blood for the O-Shot can be drawn during the same appointment. The PRP will then be injected into the clitoris and inside the wall of the vagina. This works to increase sensitivity with the goal of improving sexual satisfaction.

Vampire WingLift Side Effects And Pain: Does the Vampire WingLift hurt?

Perhaps, you’re like some of our clients and feel a bit squeamish about the idea of an injection in the vulvar area. We are here to put you at ease. Our special Benzocaine Lidocaine Tetracaine (BLT) and high strength lidocaine creams ensure that the area is numb and that the treatment is as pain-free as possible. Some women experience minor discomfort during the five minutes that it takes to inject the hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal filler and PRP. After the treatment, patients can immediately return to normal activity, including sex, with minimal or no side effects. Some women experience mild soreness at the injection site after treatment. The numbing cream many take several hours to wear off completely.

Is the Vampire WingLift safe?

To put it simply–yes! The Vampire WingLift is a minimally-invasive alternative to labiaplasty. As such, it offers vulvar rejuvenation without the cutting, risks and downtime associated with cosmetic surgery. Furthermore, because it works with your body’s own blood, it is completely natural.

How much does the Vampire WingLift cost?

The Vampire WingLift costs $1600.

We also offer PRP Therapy treatments for women, such as the O-Shot, Vampire WingLift and Vampire BreastLift, all performed during the same session at a reduced package price.
